With so many interesting things to do, including shopping, culture and entertainment, your new home in the Swiss Alp Resort is the ideal pied a terre. Only about an hour’s drive away are picturebook cities like Lucerne and Berne, the federal capital. Here you can stroll and go shopping in charming old arcades, or take a break in one of the inviting cafes. Right through the year there are festivals both large and small to enjoy in Interlaken, on the lake of Thun or in Brienz. They offer all kinds of entertainment and culture to suit your taste, and for a really special experience, don’t miss Erich von Däniken’s Mystery Park at the bottom of Grindelwald valley. Only opened a few years ago, this unique attraction is already world famous.

1-3 Floor

Only a few minutes walk from your chalet is Pfingstegg mountain railway station. This cableway takes you up to Mettenberg at the foot of the Schreckhorn, a magnificent viewpoint offering a unique panorama over Grindelwald and the entire valley. In less than an hour you can easily walk from here to the upper or lower Grindelwald glacier. It is after these two glaciers that Grindelwald is nicknamed the “Glacier Village”.

Golfing in Grindelwald has been nothing new for some time now. You already have an fine 7-hole course at your disposal, and this will soon be extended. If you are not yet “handicap-ripe”, professional teachers and coaches will help you enjoy this wonderful game.

Interlaken-Unterseen, only a short drive from the Swiss Alp Resort, offers one of Switzerland’s most beautiful and varied golf courses.
